Wellington, FL – December 30, 2010 – The 2011 FTI Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF), held on January 12 to April 3, will have 12 weeks of competition at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington, Florida. The FTI WEF has made it easy for thousands of exhibitors to stay organized and informed during this winter show season with their online entry system.
All 12 of the FTI WEF shows’ entries are available online at http://www2.showgroundslive.com/esp/content/Login.
Entries should be filled out online at the first show they plan on attending with all of the horses that plan on showing during the 12 week circuit. These entries only need to be filled out once, and any non-showing horses will be removed on a week to week basis.
Exhibitors can pick up their back numbers at the main horse show office at PBIEC, and the numbers will be used in future shows, which will save exhibitors’ time in not having to do entries multiple times.
Although credit card information can be used online to pay for stalls and/or fees, the secure database does not share this information with the horse show office. If exhibitors would like to use a credit card for entries, they need to fill out an authorization form in the horse show office with credit card information, which will be stored securely.
The closing date for WEF Week 1 has been extended to January 3, 2011, while the closing date for WEF Weeks 2 and 3 have been extended until January 10, 2011.
Entries can be found by logging in at www.showgroundslive.com, and any issues should be reported to the Support assistance on the website by contacting support@showgroundslive.com.
