Wellington, FL - April 27, 2013 - Equestrian Sport Productions (ESP) is proud to congratulate all of the Circuit Champions for the 2013 FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival (FTI WEF). The 2013 circuit was a huge success featuring twelve weeks of world-class competition January 9 through March 31 at the beautiful Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC) in Wellington, FL.
