Upper Marlboro, MD – June 17, 2010 – The Capital Challenge Horse Show is pleased to announce that ARIAT will continue to sponsor the National Adult Medal (NAM) series and Finals through the 2012 season. 2010 marks the 15th year of ARIAT’s involvement in the Adult Medal program and the Capital Challenge Partnership looks forward to another stellar year of adult equitation competition.
“The Capital Challenge Partnership is pleased with how the series has given adults the opportunity to compete in a competitive three-foot equitation class with a year-end goal. Through our partnership with ARIAT, we have been able to make the National Adult Medal an exceptional series,” said Oliver Kennedy of the Capital Challenge Partnership.
ARIAT has been a loyal sponsor of the Capital Challenge Horse Show and the NAM series since their inceptions. Together, ARIAT and the Capital Challenge Partnership have been able to offer a competitive series with an exciting year-end final that offers armloads of prizes for ribbon winners.
ARIAT’s continued commitment to the National Adult Medal is based on their appreciation of the extraordinary effort that is often expended by adult amateurs as they strive to balance the demands of career, family and finances with their desire to ride and compete and their passion for horses.
The finals, held at the Prince Georges Equestrian Center in Upper Marlboro, MD, takes place each year during the Capital Challenge Horse Show. This year’s finals will be held on Friday, October 8th in the Show Place Arena.
