Wellington, FL – December 18, 2013 – Equestrian Sport Productions would like to alert all CDI exhibitors at the Adequan Global Dressage Festival (AGDF) about the FEI Online Entry System for CDI competitions. The first competition that will be using this new system is the CDI-W/1*/Y/J/U25/P to be held January 8-12, 2014. The 2014 AGDF features eight CDI competitions and five national shows during the 12-week circuit at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center from January 9 through March 30.
Due to the confusion with this new system, the Organizing Committee has extended the Definite Entry date to December 30, 2013, with permission of the FEI. The FEI has instituted a new online system for declaring entries into FEI competitions (CDI), which will start for dressage in January 2014. The FEI system allows the National Federation of each Athlete to input the athlete and horse information into a competition’s online file. The competition organizer then selects and “accepts” the athlete and horses as entries are approved.
This new system requires the National Federation of each Athlete to provide all athlete and horse information, for each FEI (CDI) competition in which the athlete/horse combination plans to compete. This is required for all levels of FEI (CDI) sanctioned classes, from Pony to the Grand Prix levels.
Please Note: this process does not replace the competition entry form and payment that athletes will still need to submit directly to the competition.
The prize list and information is currently posted at www.GlobalDressageFestival.com. Included is a link to the online system of entering the show for both the National and CDI divisions.
